Cicero is a fully web-based, call tracking and event management solution designed to help PEOs and service organizations manage calls and other contact points with clients and employees.

With Cicero, you can track all incoming calls, make assignments to internal resources, monitor the progress of these calls, and report on the effectiveness of your services as well as provide your clients with call reports and status reports. You can also provide automatic email updates to both your clients and your internal resources.

Since Cicero is a completely "web-enabled" product, it is able to run on your own internal "intranet" or over the Internet.  This design provides an inexpensive option for your field offices and representatives to stay in contact with your corporate call tracking system and receive and enter live data. Whether the data is accessed from your corporate offices, a remote office, or even a client-site, the data is always current.

With Cicero , you can provide a higher level of service to your clients by utilizing a centralized system to keep track of their issues which will provide you with full documentation of discussions between your clients and staff.  With the option to provide client access to Cicero , your clients can have the ability to log in and view the status of their calls and even provide additional information.
